Impact Change Hawaii (ICH) creates vital programs to improve the lifetime success of our students, our families and our communities.
ICH’s Initial program Building Blocks Hawaii, was created to partner with schools, business and communities to provide children with the foundational early education where they don’t have access.

Kindergarten Readiness
Introduces children to critical thinking, creativity, social-emotional learning, and Hawaiian culture.
Literacy
Empowers children to meet kindergarten-level expectations with literacy skills that will determine their level of thrivability.
Parent Support
Guide parents as their child’s “first teacher” by providing educational tips, resources, and parent empowerment sessions.
More than 85% of our families are from low to moderate income and can no longer afford Hawaii's rising preschool cost.
